of course you can learn. but you cannot be forced into hypnosis, as its all about being relaxed and ‘allowing’ your self to do it. you should have a calming voice. go to ontariohypnosis.com for more info and cds on it.
Heleyna is right, you cant be forced hypnotized. Unless of course someone had some kind of future mind control beam. Oh, and of course an amateur can learn how to hypnotize, how do you think people became pros? Being hypnotized is just the left side of your brain essentially being “put to sleep” and your right brain taking over. So you do have to be in a calm sate.
