As for me, it is much easier and better to listen to mp3 tracks while doing your routine work than reading all those tedious books about hypnotizing people. I recommend you to get an mp3 player and obtain special audio lessons that are available on the internet. If you prefer to read books, it is up to you, just make a visit to a local book shop and library.
