Well, you can take a correspondence course. However, don’t believe the rubbish about getting people to do stupid things. It sounds as if you want to humiliate someone. You should ask yourself why you want to do that. What’s wrong with your personality that you want to hurt and upset someone like that?
Hypnosis is a tool of medicine and has been used as a stage show (usually faked). It is not difficult to learn but not all people are suitable for hypnosis…roughly 25% fall in the category of being too dumb (can’t concentrate), about 25% are to inquisitive (and want to know why????) so only 50% can be hypnotized to a degree…In medicine we believe there are 24 levels of hypnotic trance (small physiological response differences)…but generally we can say there are 4 levels…from simple relaxation into a deep trance. The techniques vary from the swinging watch, swirling rings, or a burning candle. The hypnotist does nothing but bore your conscious mind into a sleep mode and we work with the sub-conscious mind. I advise against such pranks because there are some problems that could occur to the subject….headaches…or even a mild paranoia.

Seriously, a good hypnotist is a trained hypnotist, and you really can’t get people to do something against their values under hypnosis. If they bark like a dog, it’s because they’re going along with it.
