True hypnotism is simply a VOLUNTARY state of relaxation in which a person lets go of inhibitions. It is not possible to hypnotize an individual against their will. They may only be guided by someone.
Hypnosis is a little bit overhyped. It’s not that much of a big deal. People usually confuse it with “stage hypnosis”. Stage hypnosis can be done to only a few people. The other type of hypnosis can have powerful effects on people, but it’s not such a big deal.
