If you suggest this to a person, they will immediately snap out of trance. Plus, you can't hypnotize somebody if they do not want to or do not believe that it will work. Once a person is hypnotized, they will most likely do what they are suggested to do as long as it is morally acceptable to them. Check youtube for some quick inductions, progressive relaxation (therapeutic induction), or you could hypnotize somebody with a yo-yo (if they concentrate enough lol). You do need to read some books/take courses because hypnosis can be very dangerous, even though it is fun/enjoyable. You cannot hypnotize a person to do anything that you want.
