I have posted this video because it has a few good close-ups of a person who is deeply in hypnosis (somnambulistic state). For those learning hypnosis, use this as an example of some signs to look for when you are determining the level of hypnosis experienced by your client or volunteer (body stillness, glazed eyes, blank stare, eyelid flutter, facial expressions, etcetera). ________________________________ During my trip to England, I worked out at my friend’s gym in the mornings before touring London and other parts of England. The second day I was at the gym, I mentioned hypnosis to a few people and ended up hypnotizing a bodybuilder who later introduced me to the gym’s fitness manager, James, and suggested that I hypnotize him too. James asked me to visit him the next morning when he’d have more time to experience hypnosis. I returned to the gym the next day and began working with James on motivational hypnosis. He had never been hypnotized before this session, which lasted nearly an hour and included approximately 35 minutes of motivational coaching. This video begins after approximately 10 minutes of hypnosis when I remembered I had my video camera in my bag. I filmed the rest of the session including the coaching section (not shown here), during which we worked on increasing gym product/services sales and other issues. By the time the video begins, James had already experienced the initial hypnotic induction, arm levitation, arm catalepsy and name/number amnesia …

Thank you for your comment! I’m glad you’re enjoying my videos.
To clarify pupRiley’s answer: It is the subconscious mind and the critical faculty (of the conscious mind) that are constantly protecting the client during hypnosis. Not “will power.”
Pup is correct in that a client can resist a suggestion. Generally, suggestions that are contrary to the client’s moral value system are almost automatically rejected (In other words, a hypnotist cannot force a person kill another person if killing is against the client’s morals).
yes it is posible to resist. with hypnosis, the hypnotist(tist) can not make the subject do anything he does not want to. It is kind of like a safety net that you will power builds. though your mind is really open to suggestions your will power is still kicking and will not let anything through that will harm you and so on. So in short yes, it is possible to resist a suggestion from a tist. :3
Awesome stuff! Thanks for sharing it.
uhm sir…

Hi i am very curious about the technique you used to induse this man into a subconsious, hypnotic state. Did you use an instant induction, or did you talk him through it. You seem to be very good at this, and I myself trained at a different but similar academy. I am also very curious about the way you hypnotized this person. Can you please make a private response to my question? Thank You very much.
Thank you.
I am going to be releasing several dvd’s soon about how to do hypnosis. If you’d like to be notified about when I sell them, you should join my newsletter (If you send me your email address via mail, I will add you to my members list). Or you can join yourself by going to KC2XL(dot)com

how do u hypnotize someone? i want to learn how to
Yes, just as the body changes under psychosomatic circumstances (physical condition that is influenced purley by psychological or emotional factors), a hypnotized person can blister if s/he believes that the dime is hot enough to cause a blister. However, any type of suggestion that leaves scars, blisters, etctera on the volunteer should be avoided.
i’ve heard that a hypnotist can place a dime on a person thats hypnotized and say that they will get a blister where the dime is. do you know if things like that are possible?
