I am interested in hypnosis. I came across websites like http://www.hypnosisdownloads.com/ and http://www.instant-hypnosis.com/hypnosis/
They both offer hypnosis session mp3 files and I was wondering if anybody has tried them, or if they actually work, etc.
I do somewhat believe that in-person hypnosis could work, but I don’t know about mp3 files that are pre-recorded.
And they also offer somewhat ridiculous files like “change your eyecolor through hypnosis”
Let me know what you guys think, if anyone has tried these hypnosis files, please share your experience with me.

Hypnosis works only if the recipient wants it to work.
So, in reality, one doesn’t need files to achieve a hypnotic state. We can and do create our own emotional and cognitive state every second of every day.
We can choose our identity by the force of our personal and unique will and imagination, not by the urging of others.
I believe the hypnosis downloads can work, but you cannot change your eyecolor through hypnosis. That’s ridiculous.
