Saturday, February 13th, 2010i just got a instant self hypnosis as your read book. i understand how to do it and everything. but how may tiems do you need to do it before you see any results.. if you do see results do you have to keep doing them forever like a certain amount of time before it sticks… or you just do i t a few tiems and its there forever?
