My cousin is studing this in college.
I see her stressed because she tells me she doesnt really get everything they tell her about all this.
She doesn’t exaclty know how to do all this hypnotize people.
She doesn’t want to admit that shes struggling.
but I want to really help her.

Saturday, February 13th, 2010i just got a instant self hypnosis as your read book. i understand how to do it and everything. but how may tiems do you need to do it before you see any results.. if you do see results do you have to keep doing them forever like a certain amount of time before it sticks… or you just do i t a few tiems and its there forever?
